A 1984 graduate of Powder River County High School in Broadus, Montana, Julie Bilbrey owns a degree in Applied Management from National American University. Bilbrey served a term as an AmeriCorps VISTA. She also assists with the family ranch and trucking businesses, is a foster parent, a Juice Plus+ distributor, and has been actively involved in the Big Horn County Economic Development Council, Bighorn Basin GeoScience Center, 4-H, and serves on the board of the Greybull Area Chamber of Commerce as well as several school committees. She has provided office support services on a contract basis since 1992.
